General Terms and Conditions for Waterskicenter de Vossemeren

1. Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements, reservations and services between Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren and the user of its facilities.

1.2 By using the facilities, participating in the activities or entering into a contract with Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren, the user accepts to be bound by these general terms and conditions.

2. Safety and Health

2.1 Safety is paramount at Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren. Users must comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by us when using the water ski slope.

2.2 Waterski center de Vossemeren offers other activities and facilities in addition to water skiing and wakeboarding. Users are reminded that the same concern for health and safety applies to all other activities offered at our center.

2.3 It is the user's responsibility to be aware of the safety rules and instructions that apply to specific activities, such as the use of the water ski slope, aqua park, banana boating, tubing, E-foiling, supping and all other activities offered. For the safety of all participants, users must follow the instructions of our staff at all times.

2.4 Users should report any health problems or medical conditions that may affect their participation in an activity at Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren to our staff. We can then look together at options and possible adjustments to ensure safe participation.

2.5 Wearing appropriate protective equipment may be mandatory in certain activities. Users are requested to wear this equipment as directed by our personnel.

2.6 Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren reserves the right to refuse access to certain activities to persons who, in our judgment, do not meet the required safety standards or are deemed unfit to participate in a particular activity.

2.7 In activities involving minors, parents or legal representatives should be aware that they are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.

2.8 If there are unforeseen circumstances that compromise the safety of participants, Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren reserves the right to cancel, interrupt or modify activities with the highest priority being the safety of all involved.

2.9 Users are encouraged to report unsafe situations or safety concerns to our staff so that we can address them appropriately and ensure the safety of our visitors.

3. Reservations and Payments

3.1 Reservations for use of the water ski slope can be made online, by phone or on site, subject to availability.

3.2 Rates and payment terms are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

3.3 Payment shall be made prior to commencement of use of the water ski slope, unless otherwise agreed.

3.4 Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren reserves the right to cancel or change a reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather conditions or technical problems.

4. Liability

4.1 Users use the water ski slope at their own risk. Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren is not liable for any injuries, property damage or other losses resulting from the use of the water ski slope.

4.2 Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren shall not be liable for any injuries, property damage or other losses resulting from the user's failure to comply with the safety instructions and guidelines.

4.3 Users are liable for any damage to equipment, property of Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren, or property of third parties caused by willful misconduct or negligence.

5. Cancellation and Refunds.

5.1 Cancellation of a reservation must be reported to Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren as soon as possible.

5.2 Refund of payments for cancelled reservations will be determined according to Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren's cancellation policy, as stated on our website.

6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions.

6.1 Waterskicentrum de Vossemeren reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions. The most recent version of the general terms and conditions is always available on our website.

6.2 Users are advised to regularly review the Terms and Conditions to be aware of any changes.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution.

7.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

7.2 Any disputes arising from the use of the facilities and activities of water ski center de Vossemeren shall be submitted to the competent court of Belgium.
