Looking for a challenging leadership position in recreation? We are looking for a driven and experienced Location Manager who looks beyond the daily operations. Together with an enthusiastic and dynamic team, you will ensure that our guests have a fantastic day. From water sports activities to catering and planning: you keep all the balls in the air and make sure everything runs smoothly.

What will you do? As Location Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities within the Waterski Center. This includes the water ski track, Aquapark, supping, e-foiling and jet ski activities (such as tubing, banana sailing and flyboarding). In addition, you will oversee our recently renovated and expanded catering facility and reception.

You manage the team, create efficient staff schedules and liaise with suppliers. In addition to your organizational duties, you also actively work on the shop floor to ensure the smooth running of everyday operations. You lead by example and know how to motivate and inspire a team.

What do we expect from you?

• You are an enthusiastic and motivated leader
• You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to get involved
• At least 21 years old
• Stress resistant and able to maintain an overview
• Experience in hospitality and/or recreation is a must
• You are a team player with a proactive attitude
• Available full time
• You are fluent in Dutch and can communicate well in English. Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
